Billy RIO

I am a Portuguese filmmaker and entrepreneur based between the Algarve and Lisbon. With a foundation in filmmaking and editing, in 2025 I expanded my skills through professional courses in video editing and motion graphics in Lisbon and internships at some of Portugal’s leading production houses for national TV adverts. These experiences have refined my craft and expanded my network across the industry. For more than four years, I’ve delivered over 150 projects, including cinematic films and high-end photography for luxury real estate, hotels, tourism brands and commercial clients. My work evolved from drone photography into full‑scale videography: I’ve filmed luxury villas, high-end real estate, hotels and events, and collaborated with TV celebrities, artists, international investors and major brands . These projects include assignments for premium clients and global events such as Web Summit. As the founder of Algarve  Drone  Photography, I combine aerial cinematography with ground-based storytelling to create visuals that elevate brands and properties. In 2026, content published under the brand reached over 255,000 views in one month , confirming our global audience. Today, Algarve  Drone  Photography works with luxury real estate and villa rentals, tourism‑focused brands and high-level clients, and continues to attract international commissions .
